Depression, Grief, and Loss

How I Work
Grieving is a deeply personal process that often involves navigating through complex emotions, including depression and the profound sense of loss. It's a journey that unfolds over time, and it's vital to allow yourself the space and time to heal naturally. In my role as a therapist, I am here to support you through this process, helping you to understand and accept that grieving encompasses a range of emotions.
Together, we will explore healthy ways for you to express and process these emotions, whether it's through conversation, writing, artistic expression, or other creative outlets. An important part of managing grief, particularly when dealing with depression and loss, involves self-care. This means ensuring a balanced diet, adequate sleep, and staying active, as well as maintaining social connections, which can be particularly challenging but are crucial during this time.
I offer a supportive space where you can navigate the complexities of your grief, including the depressive aspects and the feelings of loss, at your own pace. Remember, there's no right or wrong way to grieve, and each person's journey is unique. My goal is to help you through this journey with empathy, understanding, and professional guidance.
